The first morning frost bids you a hello It welcomes you in with its airy words Come come its whispers come bring me your hopes I'll take them and share them never use and abuse I'll be back each morning, remember them then You won't miss them a bit, I promise you that Don't listen cry out the flowers He'll take all your dreams He'll twist and he'll turn them You'll be unable grow Oh hush yells the frost - flowers are foolish They wilt and they wither I the morning frost stay and stay with much vigor
